Physically Fit-ish Day #7 (Putting your heart in it)

Heeeeyyy!!!!! <- Yes I'm filled with Energy

I hope everyone is in great spirits and good health. Today was day seven and although my day was so good GYM was great! What I like is that it's now a form of stress relief for me at the end of the days ( I need it). Well we ( rachel + I) Missed yesterday due to the fact that when it rains everyone forget how to drive and produces endless amounts of traffic. So as usual we did two classes to make up for it. First one incorporated weights and second was stress relief yoga. As usual I had fun, until I weighed myself. That scale has to be wrong. However, a worker at the gym did tell me that it is not good to weigh yourself at the end of the day or after a work out <- that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
I hope my readers don't think I'm doing this solely for entertainment. I want you, yes YOU to get up off your arse and do some form of activity. And I don't want to hear that you cant reach the gym. What were people doing before the gym? Do a power walk up the street OR you can work out with GILAD on FITTV. When I can't afford the gym I workout with him and TRUST ME you feel the burn. So, there really is no excuse that i'm willing to accept. So. GET UP & GET PHYSICAL.

Oh yeah and while you are at it FRIDAY Oct. 15th, 2010 is World Mammogram Day. Remember early detection increases your chances. I know the age given for 1st mammograms is around 35-40 HOWEVER if you are like me that has family history on both sides of your family. You can tell your doctor and have him produce a note. (No Excuses people). My mom died at 35 I'm not waiting around then to check my tittays. Men you too <- Get a girl to feel them up Breast is tissue and you have em.

P.s. Am I the only one that wants to fart when I do yoga. (TMI?) Oh well all I’m saying is Downward facing dog can be a little stressful for me *clench* <- if you get my drift lol

    And yes, get a professional tittay feel up according to family history considerations & your own comfort level…don’t always have to wait for the “prescribed” age!
