Physically Fit-ish: Day #4 (Twice as nice?)

Hey Guys!,

Okay so I’m late once again. It is my solemn wish that next week runs smooth and consistent, between not having my car and just over all stress this has definitely been a week to forget. However, not focusing on the negative for too long we ( Rachel + I ) did get through it with a lot of logistical planning and words of encouragement from close friends, family and comments left my you the reader. I must say thank you and I hope you support us throughout.

Well today we took it upon ourselves to do TWO classes in order to make up for the miss one on Day # 3. Bless our hearts but I can promise you I am NOT doing that again. Nevertheless, I must say I enjoyed my classes fully and although I was a little intimidated by Yoga Immersion I do intend of going back. I love love love ZUmba partly because I get to wine up my body but also because it works the muscles and i def feel it. I was bawling for mercy throughout the whole class. Everything was fun and it was a good feeling to know that not only did we make up for the missed day but we also pushed ourselves and found a new limit.

Now seeing as how Rachel has designated herself as “camera girl” we actually have footage of me “trying to do Zumba and also trying to do a yoga pose that’s names prakasna <- Dont quote me on that name, you're basically standing on your hand leaned forward with your knees bent. The video is a little dark BUT I do plan on trying that yoga pose again so you'll get to see it. Yaay! for Day 4 and week 1. Don't forget to download the meal plan HERE.

  1. *keel ova dead* your review of ANYTHING is hilarity….glad you made it through the classes though…and Zumba sounds interesting, definitely more entertaining than the classes I’ve seen/been to in gyms here…maybe is the dancehall/reggaeton that gives it the extra oomph…mek wi know how u feel in the morning!
