Physically Fit-ish: Day # 2
Hi Readers,
I know I left you hanging yesterday but I have good reason. I crashed literally and figuratively. I did make it to the gym tho :). I Did Abs, Ass and Assets and Trust me when I say that the class KICKED my Abs, Ass and Assets. I’m definitely feeling the burn! I don’t know man but this gym teacher clearly giving too much value for my money. weeps softly as I try to stretch my legs). RachieVPA was unable to come to the gym as she had transportation problems also. Nevertheless, I was reassured that jumping jacks and sit up were done. ( side eye lol )
When I say I crashed literally I got into a car accident and was just shaken up and angry with myself and the whole day. It was a hectic day and I really hadn’t taken time to breathe. Sometimes, we can try and get so many things done that we forget that very important thing…. To just Breathe. I had started feeling some back pains last night so I took Day #3 off just to ensure that my body is good. I had taken video however, the ipod nano has already been formatted for a Mac and if I reformat it then my friend will lose all her music and family videos and pics and THEN i’d lose my life. Imma choose my battles wisely and upload when I find a Mac to use. :0
Shout out to my friends (you know who you are) who knew how scared I was that I might not be able to finish this challenge but pushed me anyway. I might not have a car to reach the gym for Day#4 but if I have to run down the highway and tape it. Imma do SUMTING dammit. Because in the end all I need is …..

I think you should run down the hill & record it even if you have transport!! I usually prefer the gym & machines vs classes or running around but sometimes it’s nice to break up that monotony & comfort zone. So, break up the gym business….and give us some jokes *grin*

I once did this trainer idea and I left the gym so mad…never again. Good work so far though.
Its inspiring that you still pushed on! I will do the same. If I walk instead of taking the car, I call it excercise. Its where you find it!
