Physically Fit-ish Day #1

Salutations,

I know this post is coming to you very late. I’m sorry, it’s been what you might call a FULL day. I’ve been up since 4:30 and its 12:18 a.m. But I promised you guys a post everyday and today was the first day of me and Rachiebabe’s challenge.
Needless to say 4:30 is usually the time Im coming home from a club not heading out for the gym. When I woke up my body was literally doing this—-> :O <—–. However, after the initial shock and making sure my Partner In Crime was awake. I got up and went out. I would be flat out lying if I said it wasn't hard. I had energy levels throughout the day but when I crashed I came down hard. But we're determined to get through and I know from experience that the first week is usually the hardest. However, I will be reviewing the schedule and finding alternatives to these morning classes. Sorry Mia, you're great but my "minds telling me yesss, but my body, my body is telling me nooooo".

    i luv this idea!!! I need to get to the gym as well and I definitely have no excuse. I can go down the hallway or I could just go to my actual gym where I have membership. Either way, I’ve been bad for the past 2 weeks or so.
    Please inspire away Chelz cause it kinda ruff these days…reeeaaalll ruff.
